Identifiable Information and De-Identified Intelligence
Staevra distinguishes between information associated with an identifiable participant and information that has been aggregated, de-identified, statistically transformed, or otherwise processed so that it is not reasonably associated with an identifiable individual or organization.
Direct identifiers such as your name, personal email address, telephone number, billing information, and account credentials are not intended to become part of Staevra's de-identified intelligence dataset.
WMW International will take reasonable measures designed to maintain de-identified information in de-identified form and will not intentionally attempt to re-identify such information except where permitted or required by law or where necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of de-identification safeguards.
Staevra™ Platform Intelligence
Staevra's value extends beyond individual assessment results. The platform develops intelligence from patterns, relationships, classifications, comparisons, and movement identified across its methodology and dataset.
For purposes of this Policy, “Staevra Platform Intelligence” means aggregated, de-identified, statistical, analytical, comparative, modeled, inferred, derived, or otherwise transformed information, insights, patterns, benchmarks, norms, relationships, classifications, methodologies, models, findings, or intelligence generated through or resulting from the operation, analysis, development, validation, or use of Staevra.
As between the participant and WMW International, WMW International retains all right, title, and interest in Staevra Platform Intelligence and the proprietary methodologies through which that intelligence is generated, subject to applicable law.
WMW International may use Staevra Platform Intelligence to:
- operate and improve Staevra;
- validate and refine its methodologies;
- develop benchmarks and comparative intelligence;
- conduct and publish research;
- create reports and industry insights;
- develop products and services;
- develop or improve analytical and computational models;
- license or commercialize Staevra-generated intelligence; and
- otherwise develop and expand the Staevra platform and its intellectual property.
Staevra does not sell an individual participant's identifiable assessment responses or individual leadership report as a data product.
Commercialization of Staevra Platform Intelligence does not mean that an individual participant's identifiable assessment data is being sold.
Ownership of Participant Information
You retain whatever ownership or rights you otherwise possess in information you provide to Staevra.
Participation does not transfer ownership of your company, personal information, business records, or other pre-existing materials to WMW International.
However, your participation grants WMW International the rights reasonably necessary to process that information to provide Staevra services and to generate, maintain, validate, develop, and use Staevra Platform Intelligence as described in this Policy and the applicable Staevra Terms of Service.
Termination or expiration of your Staevra services does not require WMW International to destroy information that has already been lawfully aggregated, de-identified, transformed, or incorporated into Staevra Platform Intelligence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Longitudinal Data
Staevra may retain assessment results over time to provide longitudinal leadership intelligence.
This allows Staevra to compare assessments and identify changes in leadership architecture, distribution, coherence, strain, priorities, and other relevant dimensions.
Longitudinal analysis may be used both to provide services to the individual participant and, in de-identified or aggregated form, to develop Staevra Platform Intelligence.
Case Studies and Public Identification
Participation in Staevra does not, by itself, authorize WMW International to publicly identify you or your organization in a case study, testimonial, marketing story, or other identifiable publication.
Identifiable case studies, attributed testimonials, use of company names or logos, attributed quotations, or other public identification will require separate authorization when appropriate.
De-identified, aggregated research and Platform Intelligence described elsewhere in this Policy are distinct from identifiable case-study publication.
Decision Support, Not Autonomous Decision-Making
Staevra provides leadership intelligence and decision-support information.
Staevra does not autonomously make hiring, termination, promotion, compensation, lending, investment, acquisition, business-sale, valuation, succession, or other consequential decisions on behalf of participants or organizations.
Staevra results should be considered alongside professional judgment, organizational context, and other relevant information.
The individual or organization using Staevra remains responsible for decisions made using Staevra-generated information.

WMW International may use third-party service providers to operate Staevra and related business functions, including providers supporting:
- application hosting and infrastructure;
- database and data storage;
- authentication;
- payment processing;
- communications;
- scheduling;
- analytics;
- security; and
- other technical or administrative functions.
These providers may process information as necessary to perform services on our behalf and subject to their contractual and legal obligations.
As Staevra's technical infrastructure evolves, the providers supporting the platform may change.
Sale and Sharing of Personal Information
WMW International does not sell individual identifiable Staevra assessment responses or individual leadership reports as data products.
If our practices involving the sale, targeted advertising, or other legally regulated sharing of personal data change, we will update this Policy and provide applicable rights and disclosures as required by law.

We retain identifiable information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide Staevra services;
- maintain longitudinal records;
- administer accounts;
- comply with contractual and legal obligations;
- resolve disputes;

- support the purposes described in this Policy.
Retention periods may vary depending upon the type of information and purpose for which it is maintained.
Aggregated, de-identified, derived, or Staevra Platform Intelligence may be retained for longer periods, including after an individual account or engagement ends, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Data Security
WMW International uses reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No electronic system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Colorado separately requires entities maintaining certain personal identifying information to take reasonable protective measures and maintain appropriate disposal practices. Colorado Attorney General
Your Privacy Rights
Depending upon where you reside and the context in which you use Staevra, applicable law may provide rights concerning your personal information.
These may include rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of certain personal information, and in some circumstances rights relating to certain types of data processing.
Not every right applies to every participant, type of information, or business relationship.
For example, the Colorado Privacy Act provides qualifying Colorado consumers with access, correction, deletion, portability, and certain opt-out rights, but its definition of a consumer generally excludes individuals acting in commercial or employment contexts. Colorado Attorney General

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Nothing in this Policy limits privacy rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Deletion Requests and Platform Intelligence
Where applicable law provides a right to request deletion, WMW International will process valid deletion requests as required by applicable law.
Deletion of identifiable personal information does not necessarily require deletion of information that has already been lawfully de-identified, aggregated, or transformed so that it is no longer treated as personal information under applicable law, nor does it necessarily require deletion of Staevra Platform Intelligence derived from such information.

Staevra is designed for professional and business use and is not intended for children.
Users must be at least 18 years old to create a Staevra account unless WMW International expressly establishes another legally compliant program or process.
